Todd Callen’s passion is helping small and mid-sized businesses rapidly grow their sales! Todd works with business owners as a Sales Advisor and Fractional VP of Sales. Todd has over 25 years of Sales and Revenue leadership experience, working with companies to aggressively grow the sales and revenue engine to achieve hypergrowth. Todd views sales as a blend of the quantitative (the sales numbers, the forecast, the pipeline, the close rates) and the qualitative (how “effective” is the positioning, value proposition, ability to convey and persuade).

Andrea Young

Andrea Young is a Professional EOS Implementer who helps entrepreneurs and their teams win. Prior to that, she was a VP at Coca-Cola known for launching brands like Coca-Cola Zero and Truvia, and solving problems. She’s a growth-master; focusing on how to drive chaos-free growth and fulfill goals.
As a Professional EOS Implementer and entrepreneur herself, Andrea firmly believes that the main challenges for business owners always come down to people, time, and money. She sees EOS as the top system to help business leaders tackle these problems head-on and achieve long-lasting growth while having a well-balanced life.

Natalie Hogg
Founder | CEO – Method Q

Natalie Hogg is CEO and founder of Method Q and co-founder of Evermore Village. Through Method Q, she advises PE-backed service companies and B2B SaaS firms on revenue-focused marketing strategy, bringing scientific rigor to marketing measurement and translating AI-era buyer behavior into actionable GTM plans.A self-described “fintech payments nerd,” Natalie’s expertise has personal roots—her grandfather was part of the team that built the infrastructure for direct deposit at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in the 1970s, helping launch what would become the ACH system processing 30+ billion transactions annually. She serves on the board of StandUp for Kids Atlanta, supporting homeless and at-risk youth through mentorship programs that achieve a 97% retention/graduation rate. Natalie co-hosts Female Founders community events at The Perlant and produces Beyond the Method, a LinkedIn Live series exploring leadership in the AI era. A recognized expert in fintech marketing and Answer Engine Optimization, Natalie helps boards diagnose marketing dysfunction, implement strategies that scale, and understand the business impact of their go-to-market investments.

Philip Stewart
M&A / Corporate Attorney – Managing Partner at Altius Law.

Philip’s extensive experience includes both the acquisition and sale of various companies throughout the country working with strategic, private equity, and venture capital groups, as well as assisting business owners in various aspects of their business. Having been a business owner himself prior to law school, Philip has a deep appreciation for business owners and a desire to help them succeed.
He is dedicated to assisting his clients and sees himself as a strategic partner whose role extends beyond mere legal representation. In an increasingly complex world, he is focused on helping companies make informed decisions to both avoid pitfalls and drive innovation, expansion, and growth.

Carl Nicpon
Managing Director – Marsh Creek Advisors
Insight Council Function: M&A Advisor
Carl Nicpon was the third-generation owner of a wedding services provider with 14 Atlanta locations and 200 employees. Carl led the effort to sell the 50 year-old business in a private equity roll-up of the industry, and he now uses that first-hand experience in his role as Managing Director at Marsh Creek Advisors, where he helps business owners bring their company to market, control the process, and negotiate a successful exit.
Carl is also an Adjunct Professor in the Executive MBA program at the University of Georgia and serves on the Board of the Shore Entrepreneurship Center at Kennesaw State University. He holds the gold standard designation of Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Carl lives in Dunwoody with his wife Lyn, and they have two boys who attend Georgia Tech.

Denise Kennedy, CPA
CFO Navigator with Maudlin & Jenkins

Denise Kennedy, CPA, is a CFO Navigator with Maudlin & Jenkins. With over 15 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer for privately held organizations, Denise has a proven ability to drive growth. In one notable role, she helped scale a company from $5 million to $55 million in just six years. Prior to her CFO roles, she was a Vice President and corporate loan officer at BB&T (now Truist).
Denise began her career in public accounting, gaining valuable experience in both audit and tax. She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia.
Known for her strategic mindset and expertise in finance and business management, Denise helps organizations achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. In her role, she optimizes financial processes, implements forward-thinking strategies, and drives impactful changes. Her ability to translate financial data into actionable insights has been instrumental in helping business owners grow both revenue and profit.
